No, never. PlannerWP uses a zero-account policy. Clients book with just their name and email. They manage their bookings via a secure token link sent by email.
Only if you want to accept online payments. Free bookings and on-site payments work without WooCommerce. For online payments, WooCommerce 8.0+ is required.
Our anti-overbooking system uses atomic SQL transactions with pessimistic locking. The first request gets the spot, the second is gracefully notified that the slot is full or added to the waitlist if enabled.
Yes! Both Premium and Professional include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Full access to all features during the trial period.
The Free plan allows unlimited free bookings and on-site payments. Online payments are capped at 10 per calendar month (resets on the 1st). Upgrade to Premium for unlimited online payments.
Yes. All data stays on your server (no external SaaS). Consent is timestamped, bookings are auto-anonymized after 2 years, logs after 6 months. JSON export is available on request.
Yes. Each slot can include a webinar URL (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.). The link is only revealed after booking confirmation never displayed publicly if payment is required.
